ENROLLMENT-REGISTRATION 

Children ages six (6) weeks through 12 years old can enroll into the program.  Enrollment is open year round.

Due to the administrative cost involved in the enrollment of a child, once you have enrolled registered your child and have paid the enrollment registration fee, should you later decide that you do not want to use our services, the Center will not refund any enrollment/registration fee or transfer any enrollment/registration fee.   No exceptions will be made to this policy.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

1 Registration Fee.
Registration Fee is $50.00 per child. This fee is paid with your child's initial weekly fee and is NOT REFUNDABLE.

2 Tuition Fee.

Friday of each week for the following week. No deduction will be made from this fee if the child is absent a day or days.

3 Part-Time Fee.
Part-time fees are based on the age of the child and calculated on a three-day week. This type fee is paid for a child/children who are enrolled with the Center for less than a full-time (four full days or more) weekly basis.

4 Drop-In Fee.
Drop-in fee of $35.00 (preschool), $60.00 (infant and toddler) per child is to be paid on a daily basis. This is a standard fee that will not be altered to any hourly rate regardless of the time the child is registered at the Center.

5 Late Tuition Fee.
Tuition is to be prepaid on each Friday for the following week. If fees are not paid by 6:00 p.m., on Monday of the scheduled week, your tuition fee will be considered late. A late fee of $3.00 will be charged to your child's tuition for each day the tuition fee is late, for a maximum of five (5) days.

6 Late Pick-Up Fee.
Please pick your child up by 6:00 p.m. After this time, you will be accessed a late pick-up fee, due the day the incident occurs.

Late Pick Up Charges:
In addition to the late pick-up fee, you will be assessed One Dollar ($1) per minute, per child, after 6:00pm. If fees/charges are not paid at time of incident, there is additional charge of $5.00 per day late pay charge.

7 CHILD'S VACATION (WITHPARENTS)
ONE WEEK NOTICE IN ADVANCE MUST BE GIVEN BEFORE TAKING YOUR CHILD OUT OF THE PROGRAM FOR VACATION.

A child is entitled to take a reasonable scheduled vacation leave, however there will be a required payment of 50% to assure space for your child in the center.

8 Absentee Fee Illness
If a child is absent an entire school week or weeks due to illness, you will be required to pay one-half (1/2) of your child's tuition in order to assure the child a space in the center.

9 Insufficient Funds Fee
A service charge of $30.00 will be required for each returned check due to insufficient funds. After two (2) such incidents, cash only will be accepted as payment for services.

CENTER'S TIME SCHEDULE

The Center will be opened from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. weekly Monday through Friday.
